To identify levels of preparation and support (staffing, software, equipment, facilities, infrastructure, etc.) necessary to produce effective classroom-based streaming video
To keep production costs low
- Computer hardware and software is off-the-shelf
- Video and sound equipment (mics, mixer, splitter, etc.) is off-the-shelf from Radio Shack
