Computer Lab Reservations

The UHWO Computer Lab (room D104) is available for class reservations in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Reservation requests must be made at least 1 week in advance (the earlier the better)
  • All requests must be made to Stacey--he is the only person that authorizes Computer Lab Reservations
  • Making the request does not guarantee that you will get it--if you don't receive a confirmation then please send the request again (do not just assume that it went through)
  • If you are requesting a time that occurs before the lab opens or after it closes, special arrangements may need to be made
  • There is absolutely no food or drink in the lab
  • If you want to use a projector, it must be included in your request
  • There are a total of 18 computers (and chairs) available for use in the lab, but if you request a projector, there will be only 15 available for students--one computer will become the instructor computer and 2 more computers are unavailable because they will block the projector
  • Do not touch the temperature control for the air conditioner--it will be cold so warn your students and advise them to dress warm or to bring a jacket
